INTERNET USER NOTICE ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEG. DECREE 30.06.2003, NO. 196
In compliance with and pursuant the provisions of art. 13 Leg. Decree of 30 June 2003, Milldue spa, with registered office in (31039) Riese Pio X (Treviso), Via Balegante 7, in its capacity as a Data Controller, informs users about why and how the personal data collected is processed, its scope in terms of transmission and disclosure, in addition to the nature of its provision.
WHY THE DATA IS PROCESSED
The data collected from the parties concerned is the data involved in the processing and is processed and used directly to fulfil the purposes of the request sent by the concerned parties themselves;
It is also processed and used directly to transmit commercial information, promote our activities and provide our services through all the tools used by the company, such as newsletters, mail, SMS messages, MMS messages, etc.
HOW THE DATA IS PROCESSED
The data is processed through electronic procedures or equipment or paper media by specially appointed internal parties. The data is stored in paper and electronic archives and the minimum security measures required by law have been ensured.

TRANSMISSION AND DISCLOSURE:
Personal data will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties, unless its transmission is required for the pursuit of the afore-mentioned purposes.
RIGHTS OF THE PARTY CONCERNED:
Concerned parties can exert their rights as expressed by Art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Leg. Decree of 30 June 2003 no. 196, by contacting the data controller, Milldue spa, with registered office in (31039) Riese Pio X (Treviso), Via Balegante 7. Namely, pursuant to art. 7, the concerned party will be able to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not registered yet, and its transmission in an intelligible form.
The concerned party has the right to obtain information about:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) why and how the data is processed;
c) the logic applied if the data is processed with the support of electronic media;
d) the details of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the individuals or categories of individuals to whom the personal data may be transmitted or who may become aware of it as appointed representative in the country, data processors or appointed personnel.
The concerned party has the right to obtain:
a) the update, correction or, if the party has an interest in doing so, integration of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be held in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
(c) the declaration that the operations referred to in a) and b) have been communicated, including their content, to those to whom the data has been transmitted or disclosed, unless this requirement is impossible to fulfil or involves the use of clearly disproportionate means in relation to the protected right.
Concerned parties have the right to oppose themselves, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though it is relevant for the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for the purpose of market research or commercial communications.
HOW LONG THE DATA IS HELD:
The data will be held for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, except for the right to object to processing, which users are free to exert.

Decree 196/2003, the consent to the processing of the above-mentioned data is necessary, because the data is collected separately from previous contractual agreements. †Consent is also required for any promotional and commercial activity of the company (through newsletters, mail, SMS messages, MMS messages, etc.).
